Terms of Service

1. The service
Tybl provides a restaurant operating platform — floor cockpit, QR ordering, bookings, and related tools — to restaurants under a subscription agreement. These terms cover use of this website and, together with each restaurant's order form, use of the platform.
2. Accounts and access
Platform access is provisioned per restaurant, with staff accounts invited by the restaurant's administrators. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. The restaurant's content
Menus, prices, photography, branding, and guest data remain the restaurant's property. The restaurant grants Tybl a licence to display this content to its guests and process it solely to operate the service.
4. Acceptable use
No attempts to breach security, scrape other restaurants' data, resell access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. AI-generated recommendations are drawn from the restaurant's own menu and are suggestions, not warranties about dishes or allergens — restaurants remain responsible for the accuracy of menu and allergen information.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The guest experience is designed to tolerate poor connectivity, and orders queue durably where possible.
6. Fees
Subscription fees are set out in each restaurant's order form. Pricing for new restaurants is published on the pricing page once finalised.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tybl's liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Tybl is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form. On termination, the restaurant may export its data; we delete it after a reasonable wind-down period unless law requires otherwise.
