1. Who we are
Tybl provides an operating platform for restaurants: a floor cockpit, QR-based ordering, bookings, and guest communication tools. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and inside the platform.
2. Data we collect
On this website: contact details you submit when requesting a demo (name, restaurant, phone, email). Inside the platform, on behalf of restaurants: booking details, order history, table-session activity, and phone numbers used for booking confirmations (including WhatsApp where enabled).
3. How we use it
To respond to demo requests, operate the platform for our restaurant clients, confirm reservations, deliver orders to the kitchen, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use guest data for advertising.
4. Restaurants own their guest data
Where Tybl processes guest data on behalf of a restaurant, the restaurant is the data controller and Tybl is the processor. Guest profiles, bookings, and order history belong to the restaurant — never to Tybl and never to other restaurants on the platform.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored with established cloud infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit, with access restricted per restaurant through role-based authentication. Integration credentials (such as POS keys) are stored encrypted.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Restaurants may request export or deletion of their data, including guest records, at any time.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. If you are a guest of a restaurant using Tybl, you may also contact the restaurant directly as the data controller.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data: use the contact page on this site and we will respond within one business day.
